OVERVIEW

Lead from ideation to delivery.

Gain the advanced problem-solving and resource-management skills required to head large-scale projects and lead teams to successful delivery. The Graduate Certificate of Project Management will teach you traditional and agile methodologies underpinning contemporary project management, and show you how to apply them in real workplace contexts. The course will build your confidence and technical expertise, as well as highlighting you to employers as a valuable, skilled business professional.

Your coursework will enhance your communication and comprehensive planning skills, equipping you with problem-solving strategies that can be applied across diverse industries and projects. You will develop the ability to anticipate complications ahead of time and devise creative solutions, informed by the particular aims and constraints of a project.

Completing the Graduate Certificate of Project Management is also a pathway to further study and professional development with a Graduate Diploma of Project Management, or even a Master of Business Administration. If you transfer to the Swinburne Online MBA, any applicable units you have successfully completed will be credited towards your MBA.

Completing additional units from the Graduate Diploma (GD-PM) provides students with a pathway to automatic recognition for the AIPM Certified Practicing Project Practitioner (CPPP) register.
